Online exam FAQs
Where do I take my online exam?
Follow the link emailed to you by Proprofs. The link was set up for the course you ordered. If you ordered an internet course, the exam is located under the last lecture inside the course. If you ordered a flash course the link in an email will connect you to the exam on Proprofs.
What to expect with an online exam?
You are only allowed one attempt to any one exam affiliated with one of our courses. The exam can be started and then opened and SAVED.
DO NOT SUBMIT EXAM UNTIL ALL QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED.
Once the exam is saved the browser must be restarted before reopening the exam.
IMPORTANT: You cannot change any answer to any question once the exam is SAVED.
HINT: If you do not know the answer, leave it blank and it will reappear for you to answer later.
Why are online exams not reset?
Once the exam is taken the results are displayed on the screen giving all of the incorrect questions and the correct answers. Giving the students immediate results takes away the ability for a reset. So if a new exam is needed a make-up can be ordered.
IF YOU SUBMIT THE EXAM BEFORE COMPLETION, CONTACT OUR OFFICE AND ORDER A MAKE-UP EXAM. OTHERWISE A GRADE OF THE SUBMITTED EXAM WILL GO INTO STUDENT RECORD
***An Appeal will be considered only if changing the answer will also change the grade.***
